“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” Audre Lorde

We care for the people that care for people.

Self care is our chosen weapon with which we attack fear and support social justice work. When we care for ourselves we build mental, emotional, physical and spiritual strength, making it possible to do the social justice work that is necessary in the world today.

Welcome to a place where we diminish fear and promote social justice through self care.

"I'm a different person. I've lost 8 pounds, I've stopped drinking, and I pass this joy on. People keep asking me what I'm doing. I tell them I'm staying alive by taking small bits of the day to love myself. I'm able to do the hard work in the world without relying on food and alcohol. I'm able to support others more. I feel more centered in my mind and body."
