A time of seclusion in which people come together to promote mental health and personal sustainability through meditation, exercise, discussion, art making, eating and bonding. We hope each person feels ready to face the world with a renewed mind at end of the retreat.
Some retreats are only for People of Color while others are Open. We also lead Mini Self-Care Retreats to give people a sense of what our longer retreats are like. We are also able to host a retreat for your organization.
Cost for retreats vary depending on the type. Fees cover the cost of retreat site, instructors, materials and meals.
