Self-Care Retreats

A time of seclusion in which people come together to promote mental health and personal sustainability through meditation, exercise, discussion, art making, being in nature, eating and bonding. We hope each person feels ready to face the world with a renewed mind at end of the retreat. We do 4 Kill Fear retreats a year and can plan/lead a retreat for your company or organization.
