A time of seclusion in which people come together to promote mental health and personal sustainability through meditation, exercise, discussion, art making, being in nature, eating and bonding. We hope each person feels ready to face the world with a renewed mind at end of the retreat.
This weekend gives us space to process the impact of our work as educators of color and practice self-care to sustain ourselves through yoga, meditation, art, dance, discussion and reflection. We begin Sunday afternoon into Monday Morning staying overnight cabin style in Plymouth, Ma bring your sleeping bags (we do have a few beds for those that need a special accommodation)! Snacks, dinner and breakfast are provided.
We can also plan/lead a retreat for your company or organization.
